Hotel was modern and convenient, greatly enjoyed our stay.

our location was handy and fantastic, close to a train station. the king room was warm and the bed was comfortable.

I liked the room, the bed was very comfy. Had a shower and towels in the bathroom. Location: the hotel was really close to the public transport and metro and railway station and activities, pubs or restaurants.

Clean hotel, good staff, exceptionally nice room. The rooms with a shower and TV and 1 queen bed. Particularly good and great location close to the train station. Also - next to restaurants and public transport. My favorite property in Dusseldorf.

I was delighted by the beautifully designed lobby at this hotel, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable seating areas were perfect for informal conversation and relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy access to the S-bahn just across the street. This made exploring the city of Dusseldorf convenient and hassle-free.

Better vacation for senior people would be enhanced with a more attentive staff. Some of the children working there seemed uninterested and could benefit from improving their customer service skills.

The room was uncomfortably warm upon arrival and the air conditioning was not working. The noise from the cars and trams outside made it hard to sleep.

Our room was warm and brand-new with 1 single bed as well as a shower. Good location, a railroad station was close to the hotel.
